2000 f250
Im lookin to buy a f250 to import back to england,ive been looking at some sites to see what i like the look of. I found a site called "Desert Autoplex" and found a nice lookin 2000 f250 with a stainless grill, is thst grill on all f250 on the 2000 year trucks or can you change them. The truck is a short bed xlt diesal v8, its priced at $17.995 its done 149,885 miles ,i wouldnt buy a car with that many miles on but for a big diesal v8 i figured its nothing if its been looked after. Any advice welcome.

The stainless grille is after market. As for the mileage you can't go wrong with the 7.3 powerstroke. As long as the truck has be cared for properly it will be a great truck for years to come. I have a 2000 153,000 miles with the 7.3 and had a 99 255,000 with the 7.3 before that love them. I traded the 99.5 for the 2000 only because I wanted a crew cab and the 99.5 was a regular cab.
In my opinion the 7.3 is the best motor.
