Exhaust

If you do a cat-back exhaust how much benefit is there since the exhaust manifold and cat are still running a small diameter than the new cat-back?

I am trying to get some power and economy and want to spend wise in doing so. ANY SUGGESTIONS?

More for sound than performance on a stock engine. Headers and a pair of hi flow converters will help some.
A programmer such as a Diablosport Predator and others will give you the most gain for your dollar.

Wink

well i did catback exhaust on my v6 f150 & took off some torque on take off but on the highend it helped plenty diff.....catback 3' in single 3' out single

on my dads v8 f150 99 did catback 3' In single Dual out 2.5 sounds awesome by the way did notice a bit more of a difference on both take off & highend but it could just be me slammin on the dam pedal to hard all the time i like the sound of that roar man its great to bad my V6 dont sound that way. But my v6 is way lighter id say even at the pedal.
ECONOMY WORTH ? you'll be like me trying to rev all the time just to hear the beauty roar just cant keep off the pedal & gas is high $'s now.

GOOD LUCK WITH YOU SETUP!
