no, they do NOT do good offroad, they MAY last long but theyre horrible offroad, please dont start this up again, you WILL loose, atleast in the offroad forum you will
i didnt say they are a great mud tire. just a great tire. they do good offroad and last very well.
they BLOW in everything off-road.........thats why EVERY one of us in the OFF ROAD forum are totally against them......soooooooooooooooooooo, go support you "great tire" elsewhere, you might want to try to pavement pounder forums a couple of scrolls up.....
my ignorance??? what exactly are you even talking about? and i don't have any stupid thoughts. i agree with you on a/t sucking in the mud. i simply said they were a good all round quality tire, i think you blew it out of purportion! im sorry if you hate bfg a/t, im not gonna try to convince you other wise.
It's ok Nick! Go take a look at the Michelins in the corner! :P
Obviously the guy who started the thread isn't very interested since he hasn't participated at all in the conversation. There is so much more to choosing a "MUD" tire. Is it going on a Ford escape or BBF bronco? I'm not going to recommend a bogger as a mud tire for an escape! lol it would be much better off with a BFG A/T since it won't go anywhere offroad anyways. Is this a daily driven ride or a trail ride? I'd love to put a nice set of 38" boggers on my bronco, but since it's driven 75% of the time on pavement, it wouldn't be a wise choice. I'd be better off with a BFG or pro comp MT or if I wanted to buy tires more often maybe an SX.
Ok, I made the first serious post in the thread besides all the ones that say shovels suck ballz. You may now return to you regularly scheduled program! haha :P
