need help

I have a 93 f-150 striaght 6 300, 5 speed manual trans. when i push on the pedal the engine seems to hesitate and little and the will begin to pick up gradually , and not quick like I think it should. I dont quite know how to explain it but the engine is running rough, not smooth and all or like it use to. I have given it a tune up, plugs, wires, roter, cap, fuel filter, air filters. and have even changed the cattilitic converter. I have two of those I replaced the first one and replace the second with a stright pipe. all that seem to imrove the situtation but it stll almost seems to chocking out for lack of betters decription. when ever I put my foot on the gas. can anyone help.. is thier a air flow sensor that I should check?

Check the EGR and the vacume actuator located directly underneath. The blended fuels can cause a problem as well- take a piece of thin sheet metal, and make a restrictor plate to install inbetween the EGR and the intake mount. reduce the holes to 3/8" diameter, you will/should still pass smog and the hesitation will be gone.
