I drove one (an SR5 Double Bubble Cab) the first week they came out, then reported what I discovered here on FTE.
Beefs:
For a sasquatched sized gimpy old phart, I didn't like the fact that NO power adjustable pedals are available, and the power seat does not go up high enough.
Even with ape arms...reaching to the dash was a stretch if you wanna adjust the radio and heater.
Lotta reflections on that dash, which resembles an old Wurlitzer 1015 juke box.
The styling takes some time to get used to...I haven't got used to it yet. I still thinks it's fugly.
The front end on the new 2008 Sequoia looks somewhat better, but it's still no panacea!
Pluses:
The power is there, and the brakes were terrific.
But it was no better IMHO, than the Titan CC I had at that time.
Before I had the Titan, I had a 2004 Lariat Super Crew (with its crappy brakes and transmission that chit the bed after three days, with less than 100 miles on the clock).
No offense, Jack...but, I just don't care for the Tundra.
Although I have yet to see the point of what those links have to do with anything I have stated......
Darn you have a short memory to what we have been talking about for the past 2 months......
You see Smigg's I just proved to you that Toyota is a Japan company...Profits must go there..They are still a foreign company in my book weather if there assembled here or not...
Other link Smigg's is to prove to you and all of the other Tundra lovers that Toyota's are not Perfect..
Now I asked you a question last night Smigg's and you did not respond...
The answer to the question is that No car manufacture is perfect..Your chapter leader pointed that out and that is what I was giving him the High 5 for...
So Smigg's so please read everything before you jump to conclusions....Your no better then anyone else here.

They are a publicly traded company, wherever the stockholders are, that's where the profits go...
Darn you have a short memory to what we have been talking about for the past 2 months...... .
I would really concentrate more on your short term memory.....reference your tip toeing around questions that were asked of you in another thread...or lack of understanding.

Seeing everyone and their dog knows this fact already, the only person you proved this to is yourself.

Once again, everyone here has known about these issues already. Once again, you just proved this to yourself. Good job.

You are hardly in a position to be making any sort of comment on how I treated a question that was asked.
Who have you given a straight answer to lately?

So where does that leave your beloved Ford?

Preppy isn't our chapter leader and even if he was, I don't know if he would want to be admitting it seeing you've set the bar quite high.....

Jumping to conclusions? Coming from the very member who assumes or, who are we kidding, jumps to conclusions and makes comments as "what makes you an expert" and "your no better then anyone else here" when nothing was stated by me or anyone else to support your assumptions.
Give it a rest already.

Take a hard look my friend at your self before you cast stone's Nice job in calling the kettle black..
It's a hunk of iron, for qwists sake, not the Holy Grail.
All manufactures have problems, so none are perfect.
You want perfect?
Buy whatever iron you want, park it in your living room, and stare at it.
If you're lucky, it won't leak any fluids on your carpet!
LAMO....Good one. ...You see NumberDummy, I post in a lot of threads and I get along with others..But when I get insulted by certain one's and see them do it to others I get a tad tweaked..And they act like there better then everyone else..
