Sluggish off start blowing smoke?

Sluggish off start blowing smoke?
Please help Need to know why my 2005 F350 is acting weird. Truck sat for a few days then went to use it and now when taking off it is very sluggish and blowing smoke, then after a few seconds it just takes off and everything seems just fine until i stop and start again then same thing happens. Any ideas? Fuel filters, egr valve? Thanks in advance.

OK, what color is the smoke and how thick is it?
