You are using a wheel puller?
Did you just take the nut off?

No, you need a Steering wheel puller. Be sure the nut that holds the steering wheel on isn't completly removed. Otherwise you could smash the threads and set off a whole new set of problems. Get some PB Blaster and put on the splines prior to removal, Wallmart carries it. Below is the link to a steering wheel puller.

I have tried all the trick I know, I used a puller, it eventually riped out a thread, I sprayed PB on it twice a day for two weeks prior to using the puller,... I dont know what else to do. I was thinking maybe it unscrews? insead on pulling off, I dont know.

You un-scew the Nut & then use the Steering Wheel Puller.
Some times you have to Tap it w/ a Hammer after tightening it down.

Put a piece of wood between the puller and the shaft since you don't have the nut. Tighten up the puller and give it a few swift blows with a hammer on the part of the puller you tighten.

Try leaving it overnight with the center stud of the puller tightened nice and tight and give it a couple more squirts of the PB Blaster. This worked for me by accident on a pitman arm that would not come off. Was loose in the morning.

That's what I did, I wound up messing up the threads. I worked with a thread file, and a 7/16"-20 Die, and never could get a nut back on it. I have been driving it for the last 4 years with the thread die partually screwed on it. Hope you have better luck that I did.
