advise needed
Just got my truck back 50 miles ago, after having the front pump on the tranny replaced for a leaking seal. (truck has 12000 miles on it) Truck has shifted a little different since the repair, & this morning it was shifting wierd, hanging a little in lower gears, hard shifts etc. After work, I left work, & it shifts into 2nd, the tow haul light starts flashing. I drove home 15 miles (light flashed whole time) turned truck off, restarted & light quit flashing. I checked the fluid, it was full, but it smelled like melted plastic. Haven't had a chance to drive it after re start, but it seems to take longer to go from drive to reverse.(harsh transition also). Sorry for the long post, any info on what is going on would be appreciated.
