Was wondering how hard it would be to swap a 88 F250 cab with a 1995 F 150 cab, like any fabrication, how hard would the electrical be? there both regular cab manual transmissions, any advise would be great.
It wouldn't be all that easy. You would run into a lot of little problems that no one would be able to warn you about. The biggest thing I can think of is that the speedo in a 95 is electronic and the one in the 88 is mechanical. So you'd have to figure out how Ford wired the speedo in later years and adapt it to your truck. You have the sensor in the rear axle, so that part is done.
The cabs are mechanically identical except for the bulkhead connector holes in the firewall - the 92-96 holes are different than the 88-91 holes. Easily fixed with a welder and a sawzall.
From your post I'm not sure which way you're swapping - 88 cab onto 94 or 94 cab onto 88, but regardless strip both cabs down completely, bolt onto the chassis you are going to keep, then slap that years wiring, dash, cluster, etc into the cab.
