86 f 150
i have 86 ford with 90's mustang 5.0 but girlfriend locked it up. my question is I want to keep this motor but want to put the fuel injection off a mustang and change the trans to a overdrive trans what trans works best with some towing or shouild I find a motor and trans from a truck with the fuel injeaction. I have everthing from the mustang except the computer

Well to convert to a MAF system, you will need all related harness and a compatible ECM, unless you plan to run some sort of aftermarket system such as FAST. Best bet is to find a wrecked late model and scavenge what you can/need
