Cruise Control problem

Cruise Control problem
I bought my 02 X V10 limited a couple months ago and the only thing that isn't working is the cruise control. If you press the on button, nothing happens. No lights flash. If you press the Set button after you have pressed the on button, it will flash the light for about 1/2 sec. then shut off. I'm confused. It worked for it's first time on Sunday morning, but isn't working again today.
Any ideas???

ED, are you asking him if the recall was done? I had my recall done several months ago without any trouble. but my cruise doesnt work either but that because i put a navigator wood steering wheel with wheel controls and mine only came with cruise. I have to find out the wiring so i can use my cruise again.

I thought about this when I went home last night, I thought oh man, he said it worked on Sunday then quit again. So if they did the recall and disconnected the switcg it wouldn't have worked on Sunday. unless the trucks is....... Haunted!
05s28 recall is still no parts avail disconnect only.
racerx, your recall should have been a disconnect also. if you want a wiring diagram send me your email address i'll hook you up!.

I'm still lost. I don't understand why it worked on Sunday, but not the rest of the time. What did the recall do and what did it fix exactly?
