That did clean up nicely & is a nice looking ride. It's hard to tell in the pics, is your lighter color mint green? If so then we have twin trucks. Although yours appears to be in a little better shape

Sadly no, im very jealous of that dark green though
The tag reads for "jade" as the color on mine. Because someone in 1977 thought it would be funny to label a light green as jade
Overall it is in pretty good shape, except i did the craigslist thing and showed the good side on accident, there is a rust spot in the door on the other side, or a few, and by the rear window, the engine is unkown mileage out of a lincoln, and the carb sucks. So possibly better, possibly worse

I envy the dark green. I plan on taking my truck in a different direction for the look though
I want to get a set of black steelies, and if possible the bumper guards, or pushbar in the front. The look you have going there is great for cruising though

Other than removing the original camper shell and fresh paint, this truck is pretty much the same look as when I got it. The original owner put those wheels and running boards on it back in the 70s. I was going to remove the running boards at first, but once I removed the topper, I was fine with the running boards, and now appreciate them. My other two dents do not have them, so it's easy to see how handy they are for getting in and out. Next year, I plan on getting new wheels, but haven't made up my mind yet on what to get.

The running boards don't look bad, they aren't my favorite look, but they fit. I got gifted my truck (very close family friend passed awhile ago) And i have just been working on it slowly until the other day when i finally got it to my house. Now it's on to chasing vacuum leaks, electrical faults, and a new gas tank
I plan on getting some black steelies for my truck, the rims on there right now do look fairly nice, but black steelies just look good to me.

Here is my project. Currently looking for a dual piston brake booster. Seem to be tough to find. Will probably need to rebuild the one I have.

Question for you all. How difficult is it to find a '74-'75 Supercab with a 360/390 and a stick? Going to have to sell my current one when I move out of the state and I've been keeping my eyes open for something that meets my requirements but I haven't had any luck yet.

It is my daily driver. Although, when I changed the air filter before we left, I wrote on it. 1-29-19 29695 to 4-1-21 44997. So in 2 years about 15k miles. In that 2 years, Wyoming to Michigan twice. This trip, Cheyenne to Mackinac bridge, loaded son and family in the gutted camper and box, drove to Ashville NC, on my way back to Michigan, then to Wyoming.

Loaded weight. From Mi to NC. Am I heavy?

Unload.
