Anybody Ever Pulled Push Rods?

I have the valve covers off of my 7.3 and thought it would be a good opportunity to pull the rockers and push rods and do some cleaning. Looking at the passenger side it's pretty obvious that they aren't gonna come out easy.

With the tranny and motor off of their mounts but still bolted together will the motor swing far enough to the driver side to pull the pushrods out of the passenger side head?

So do I have to pull the driver side motor mount and rotate the engine?
