I have a 1992 F-350 Diesel with automatic trans that just went out today, I am looking to find if anyone knows a person/company that can build a trans stronger/bulletproof/better than a ford replacement or rebuild shop. This will be my 4th or 5th trans, I have 258000 miles. The last one I bought was through ford and it is past it's warranty. It did not last very long and I service the trans myself, drain the converter, flush cooler & lines...? I am in Woodstock, IL
