Unhappy rough idle

My 89 f150 5.0 has an idle problem. When I start it in the morning it idles at 1500rpms then goes down. But the problem is after driving somewhere and getting back in it to start it up, it starts and shuts off right away. Then I start it again and it stays running (it alwyas stays running on the second try) but the rpm's gofrom 1500 to 500 and keep repeating in that way till I kick it down. But when I go to park it idles fine at 850 rpms. Then in a couple seconds it starts to vary again. I thought it was a vacuum leak but checked everywhere!!!!!! Can Anyone help me.

it's also only doing after it's warmed up and you go to start it again. other wise it's not doing it at stop signs or anything
