C3UZ-18495-A .. Heater Water Valve (Motorcraft YG-133) ~ Fits: All 1961/72 F100/1100.

This is an inline valve, it's spliced into the inlet heater hose.

The valve is controlled by the heater control cable.

It's still available from Ford.

Ford suggested retail price: $36.38 / FTE sponsor Direct Ford Parts price: $21.37

Could not find DFP's banner on FTE. Refreshed a bunch but still no. Not even listed as a sponsor. No matter. Went online direct.
Found the clutch fork dust boot I was searching for. But they (DFP) only list parts back to 1980. So I cant do a search for this control cable. ? Got a number ?
Thanks again

Direct Ford Parts

Go to the 87-96 forum - - top of the page - - they are one of the sponsors there. If they weren't an FTE sponsor, how come I came up with the price for the valve?

C5TZ-18518-A .. Heater Temperature Control Cable ~ 42.53" long ~ 1965/66 F100/1100

The heater cable's been obsolete since grandma was a girl.

Green Sales doesn't have one...neither does Dennis Carpenter.

There are two Ford dealer parts dept FTE sponsors (DIRECT FORD PARTS and Y2KFORDPARTS), both are listed on the forum main page.
Direct is GAUDIN FORD in Las Vegas, NV.

Y2K is MILLENNIUM FORD in Seattle WA.

You may have to refresh 10 times (or more) for either link to appear.

I know Direct is also listed as a sponsor of the 87-96 forum.

I use these both these two FTE sponsors FoMoCo parts locaters at least 10 times a day to check prices and availability.
