help with ae code install

hello, new to this,i will try again.having no luck with activating ae with codes that came with new unit. first,error code keep coming up,now can not get them saved .help

I'm not sure what your talk ing about but that dosnt mean much... Dont worry I'm sure some of the pros will be by shortly. It will hep if you can elaborate a little more.
