i know it has been reviewd many of times but i cant find milage numbers for a 83 carbed f-100 with 300 ant tips for more millage been driven good since new with yaerly tune ups only 70,000 origanal miles! all i get is 13 mpg at best #'s actually go down on highway but i know its casue the ol 3sp auto don't like 65 mile an hour

check the catalytic converter if your rig actually has one. I know you aren't supposed to run without a cat but it may be clogged up. you could replace it or "Fix" it. I just "Fixed" mine and my gas mileage went from 11.5 to 16.75 mpg. let the six pack breath. I can't believe all the gas money i have wasted not doing this over the last year and a half that I owned my 95 f-150 4x4, with the 300ci I6. its running real smooth now

87 Bronc, 169, or 269, owned since 156, or 256, KandN, right on the end of the plastic tubes, 8 mm wirres autolite plugs, platinum and non, new pcv, egr, and o2.... ditched the clutch fan in favor of e-fans, 195 degree t-stat, 3 degrees higher than stock... cap rotor, of course...Synth blend oil...
