Rick and Jason, congrats on the milestones. I've got to admit that the more I read what you guys have to say, the more respect I have for your advice. That goes for the advice from many of the guys on here. This is really a great site!
Thanks guys. I do spend more time on here then I should, but I can't stop myself. I have to read every post that comes up. The only thing is on the weekends I have so much to do that I can't be on here as much as I would like. If it would just quit raining here. I need to bushhog my pastures but I can't get in with all the rain we been having. This has been the wetest winter in a long time. I have to go meet the fish guy this afternoon. My brother is getting 500 more catfish for the pond. We have fish up to 8 lbs now. Finish.
BUSH HOG!!!!! I got to snow blow this AM....we got 5" more last night..adds to the 2 feet we still got...we had 4' since January and it was starting to go...I'm glad the 3' we had before Christmas was just about gone the beginning of the new year...I'm sick of winter...I need to get out of this cabin fever mode... by the way Rick...its good seeing you in here as often as we do...I was just busting your chops....if you add them up..i think i spend more time on here then you..or i just dont keep quite as much as you lol...
One thing we don't have to worry about is fires. We burn the marshes here when the wind is blowing from the right direction. I live around 1 mile from some of the best duck hunting in the country. My buddy runs a hunting camp just a few miles from me and we go ride the marshes in his mud boat. Another buddy has an air boat, and for anyone that has never ridden in one, it is a blast.
