Filter Cleaning Solution?? No Toil?
I have an AirRaid cold intake system and before I purchase their product to clean and oil the filter I thought I'd ask to see if there is a less expensive home remedy solution? What is this "cleaning solution"? What kind of "oil"? I clean my motorcycle filters and oil them myself. Can I use the same filter oil? (Though I probably shouldn't clean the AirRaid with gasoline!) I also use "No Toil" cleaner and oil. What a snap for cleaning! Only problem is that you have to start with a new clean, dry filter to use this product or really clean a used filter so there is no oil resididue. I wonder if No Toil that I use on my dirt bike would work on this Air Raid filter?
What kind of bike do you have? 06 YZ 450F for me.

I would be very careful using any thing other than what AirRaid specifies you could destroy you filter or lessen it's filtering ability and possibly dust your turbo.
