Hey, Barry -

To join the Mississippi chapter, click "User CP" on the left side of the blue bar at the top , then click on "chapter memberships" under "Miscellaneous". Scroll down until you see
Mississippi chapter, select, scroll down to the bottom of the list and click "join chapter" in the gray box and you will be done.
