428 crankshaft
I received my 428 crankshaft today. Paid $447 Cnd shipped for it. Was grinded and polished. Could someone explain .030 mains, .040 throws? Is that good?

.030 is the amount the main journals were ground under size and .040 ground under size for the rod journals. Not a bad deal with shipping. So remember the main bearings for the block you'll need .030 and the rod bearings .040.
