I'm in the process of rebuilding mine and i will have about 1400 in it total i'm just guessing b/c i havent totaled it all up yet but it shouldnt be any more than 1400, but thats including a 200 dollar cam, forged pistons an extra 100 dollars or so, and complete ignition tuneup (msd cap/rotor, frpp steel timing gear, frpp 9mm wires, mallory street strip coil, and plugs) the engine was bored 30, and heads got a valve job too, building a stocker you can probably get by for around a grand if you are doing it yourself possibly even cheaper, as for having someone else build it i dont know.
