Neat Fact

http://autos.yahoo.com/articles/auto...EMEc78F;_ylv=3

I was just reading about rich people, and what they cruise in, and came across this (the whole article is kinda boring but I posted the link anyways)
"Wal-Mart heiress Alice Walton, with assets in excess of $15 billion, owns a Ford F-150 pickup."

Pretty neat that a billionaire like that would drive a good ol f150.

I hears that before that wealthier people drive ford trucks because they are well built and a good price! They make money by saving not spending foolishly!

Some do Marlon, but you should see some of those rich peoples rides. SOme guys and gals have cars worth more then all of our houses, combined.

I just thought it was damn cool a billionaire drives an f150, hell maybe the same as one that one of us on here own, or have owned.

you know i've seen it told a few ways. a ford has often been a poor mans truck because its dependable and usually doesn't cost as much to maintain. it was often the lesser for bells and whistles and keeping things simple, but thats what kept them reliable and dependable. i love them, no matter how they get labled!!

That used to be true back in the day. Now ya cant get away from bells and whistles.

Fine for me, but crappy for the next guy that wants to buy a used plain jane 07 ford, ten years from now.

Ah well, it doesnt bother me too too much. I do like having the option of being able to choose pretty much exactly what I want though.

it bothers me because i hate paying for and having things i don't need or use. they need to remember that there is still a desire for plain jane. toss the PW/PDL, ac, CC, and all that jazz... give me a heated steering wheel and heated seats
