I am getting ready to change the air filter on my '03 PSD 6.0. Two questions come to mind for you folks in the know. I am not a mechanic, I change the oil and fuel filters, that is about it.
1. Do you trust the "minder"? Mine has not really moved in about 20,000 miles, and I drive on a dusty Arizona road. It is reading about "65%", whatever that means. It has been around 30,000 miles since I changed it.
2. Why is it so hard to replace the filter? I had a mechanic friend help me, this guy is a great mechanic, and we really struggled getting it in. Way harder than on a 7.3...or were we doing something wrong?
