chapter decal part 11

If all are happy with the design/colour/size/etc of this chapter`s decal we`ll carry on.
I`ve got the ok from FTE.
First-all posts this thread to stay on topic..
Second-Joe, can you get in touch with Paul on the final details.
Third-once this is done we need firm commitments/actual cold cash deposits in order for our chapter decals to proceed.
Fourth-a volunteer to handle the funds/payments, etc.
Fifth-get`er done!

I'll have to send Fom a personal cheque, unless he takes paypal! Let me know the amount and I'll send it ASAP so I'm not holding things up.

So how many people are actually splitting costs? Whats it gonna cost? When can i give you a cheque, or cash?

I second Morris be in charge of the cash. Hes not only the leader, but knows everyone pretty well, wouldnt blow it on beer, and is in about the most centralized location.

Are we planning any fund raising?

We need to know how many are involved to determine each one`s share once the final details are worked out between Paul and Joe. So far it looks like 112 decals @ $4, $448 plus tax for a total of $492.80.
Only if enough are involved can we proceed.
Any ideas about fund raising will have to cleared through FTE if we find a way to make that work.

112? Can't we subtract the 12 for Joe out of the 100?? Just asking? Again, hopefully more than 10 guys want this. Even with only 10 it wouldn't be that much $ anyway.

Good stuff, at this rate it should happen.
Would if any of the other chapters would like any decals but we`ll have to ask FTE first before putting any feelers out.

i agree with cutting 12 out of the hundred for joe too... saves a few dollars, and i think it'll be a long time before we see 100 active members...

I`m not sure about cutting out any, if we want 5-10 each or any other chapters want to buy any they may go fast. It all depends on what the reorder will cost and the minimum reorder quantity.
I know I would like 10 decals for myself.

Count me in. I was hoping to get one for each truck so if I need more no problem.
Can I send you a internet bank transfer? Not sure if I know where checkbook is.

We can`t accept any money till all the details have been finalized. Hopefully Joe can get the exact colour details to Paul so a final price is established.
