yet another flywheel question
I have a 1971 351C-2V. When I rebuild it I want to put it in front of a T-5 5 speed tranny. How many options do I have for flywheels? It has a flexplate on it and came with an FMX slushbox.

Well I almost did the same. I put a flywheel off a 302 on my 351c-2v which had a fmx behind it originally. The C bolted right into my 4spd truck with no problems. You CANNOT use a 5.0 flywheel as these have a different balance.I beleive 351w's have the same balance as the cleveland also. I am not sure what you need for the t5 or the number of teeth on the flywheel, but this will get you started.
