about 10 years ago my dad had a 73 F-250 with a 360 4spd. It had an old heavy flatbed on it. The truck was over gross weight empty and it pulled a homemade 30 ft 5th wheel flatbed trailer with 7000-9000 on it all the time probaly at least once a week

that truck pulled enough scrap to start a junkyard. I figure if a worn out 360 2bbl can do it a good 390 4bbl could easily do it
