GM ABS Bleeding Procedure

97 Olds Cutlass Supreme SL
Blew a line or something(havent looked yet), Master cylinder is empty. After I fix the problem, how do I bleed the system? There are 2 bleeder screws on the ABS module that hangs off the side of the MC. Will those two bleeders bleed all the air from the ABS or does the ABS need to be actuated by a scan tool? What sequence do I bleed the system in?

I think you will need a pressure bleeder and a Tech-1 scan tool. I may be wrong so here`s hoping for more replies.

Well I finished. I replaced the entire line from the MC/ABS combo to the RF wheel. I gravity bleed it for awhile then did a 2 person bleeding. Then bleed the RL caliper, then the ABS bleeder for the front half. Then did the rear calipers and ABS bleeder. After all said and done, the tires lock at the same time and ABS works too.

Lazy K: I thought that I would have to take it to a dealer to get the ABS bleed. I works so maybe there was still fluid in the ABS module, who knows why.
