I'll tell ya, my 305hp feels like 305hp but my brothers 03 Mach 1 is rated at 305 hp too but it feels more like 320 hp+. I think they underrated those things
Does he have any mods done? I have noticed that with the old 5 liters, even minor mods would make a noticable difference.
In nipawin there was about 15 fox bodied mustangs running around at once, when i had my gt. It was awesome, always races!
No mods at all, like Sherm said he had 3:55 gears and I had 3:27's. now with the 4:10's in mine it feels much closer. We'll have to find a track to know for sure.
Do you remember the name of the guy from Nipawin with the S/C car? I went to school with a few guys from there who all had foxbody 5.0's. This would have been mid-90's.
Rodney Palmer. His was actually a 94-94 supercharger style. Another guy, Jason Abraham had nitrous, or a charger too, i cant remember which one.
I went to school with Rodney, he still had the 87 GT that he painted purple. He powershifted so hard one night the shifter came off and just about threw it in the backseat....foot stayed on the floor....ouch! He would race anything!
I believe Jason sold his grey 88 GT to one of the Brian Bloomquist, that was a nice car.
