I am getting lots of good information from this site (thanks all)
I have a perplexing problem I can't seem to solve.
My driver side sun-visor is in ruins, but the passenger side is absolutely perfect.
I would like to find a matching visor to replace the driver side visor, but I can't find one anywhere.
The problem is that the passenger side visor is not an original product.
It is a perfect fit to the visor arm and in many ways is a superior product (smooth soft molded plastic vs fiber product) and seems to suit the interior of the truck to a T.
I don't even know if its a Ford product!
If anyone can help I posted a pic into my 66 M-100 gallery.
Thanks in advance and if the quality of the photo is insufficient let me know and I will try to take some better pictures tomorrow.

It looks like a 1960/66 Ford car or truck padded visor to me, and while right & left are the same, your picture is very dark, so I can't tell exactly what it's from. Measure the length.
The padded type of visors (is the SAME as Ford Falcon 2 & 4 doors used in 1960/63, which, btw... I think this is) have a replaceable plastic anchor pin with a ball stud on the end that pushes into the visor, and then that pin's ball stud is pushed into a U shaped plastic visor retaining clip screwed into the roof (one on each side) to keep the visor from flopping down or swinging around.
The anchor pin (C3DZ-7604114-B), and the clip (C1UZ-8904132-A) are the same ones the Falcon convertibles used 1963/65 & Econolines 1961 thru 1967.
That is indeed the padded visors offered. The 67 up type on the inboard ends had a contoured end to accomodate the longer rear view mirror as I recall.
One thing...if you find the visors in an older big truck, but the bracket doesn't match, be aware that sun visors did not come with brackets, so if the visors are the correct length, they could have been used on anything.
Inside each visor is an expandable metal tube, that's split down its length. The visor bracket (rod) is pushed into the tube.
It can be tough going, pushing that rod down that expandable tube with one hand, while holding onto the visor with the other. So be careful you don't bend the visor in the process.
