Ah I see now.

I don't do enough towing to notice a difference. By that I mean I don't usually tow more than about 50 miles at a time. (maybe a bobcat to a job site here and there).

that would probly be different anyway,I think the only time a cover would make a difference would be with an enclosed trailer or one with a high bulkhead
