What goes around comes around.
I would not let him plea down.
He is a POS, and should be prostituted the same way he prosecuted others in his past!!!

He is a complete and total hypocritical scumbag. He compromised his office and destroyed his family. He gained that office fighting against exactly what he was found to be doing.I do hope he resigns NOW!!If he does not he should be dragged through the gutters with every little scumbag detail of his trysts.I hope his wife leaves him and takes most of his daddy's billions.
The one of many ironies of the whole thing is.If the lieutenant gov.decides to step down. Then none other then his arch political enemy,Bruno, would be Governor.

He might, he might not... He'll step down when he's good and ready. He's concerned, first, for himself. Then his concern MIGHT be for his family. His duty to the State is a far, far third priority, if that.
Look at his decision AGAINST more than 70% of the State regarding the ILLEGAL ALIEN drivers' licenses [just to get them in the Motor Voter System and get more votes for HIS benefit via his Party].

Later...

I agree Rob.

This just illustrates that a guy who is accustomed to spending public money can loose his sense of values!

I think that prostitution is a very fine profession as long as the ladies are not being exploited and are involved in the trade purely by choice.

I am waiting to hear exactly who's money he was spending.

Neil - I totally agree with you statement. I really feel for the family.

And if you have not heard, he did resign today around noon. Paterson will take over as Governor on Monday.

It's sad when you can not trust officials in any of the branches of government... We had a town Treasurer in our State stealing from the tilt and he is going to jail..

Just make me sick when they do crap like this

Just curious as to why there is a 5 day lapse before the LT Gov assumes the reins???
