What is the A/F gauge connected to? I hope you're gonna say it's own O2 sensor. There is no adjustment for A/F ratio on a fuel injected motor, you have to fix the problem that's causing it to run rich.

Yes Sir

I Agree With Conanski.

Your O2 pretty much operates your injectors Pulse and Duration , via the CPU.

But when they go bad normally the engine light will come on and the CPU goes into a preprogrammed back up Rich Run Mode.

But other things like the EGR can can effect you mixture via the O2.

I would trust the CPU's Self Circuits , Before an Aftermarkets reading

Pull the plugs.........See what they say

They say its good...I'm know what caused it to run rich but do not know how to fix it...The aftermarket throttle body is the problem..The and exhaust the headers didn't cause a problem now since i'm sucking more air in i guess they screw it up..

I'm not sure how an aftermarket TB would richen a mixture.....I would think the aftermarket TB (and the Headers) would go more torwards the lean side.

And "what" says "it's" good?

The plugs are showing the aftermarket meter is reading correctly?

Where is your timing?
If I were to add a "leaning" componet(s), I think I would also lean torwards a more retarded setting.

Yet........ if your running rich

You need to check more than just the closed positon on the TB, you should also make sure the voltage raises smoothly as the TB is opened and that the range is between 0.6 and 4.8v. Here's why. The computer interprets voltages below approx 1v as throttle closed, and somewhere above 4v as open throttle, and when the engine is at opertaing temp with the throttle in either of these ranges the computer switches to open loop. The fuel maps for open loop are richer than those for closed loop.

My timing is set at 17 degrees right now..I know that sounds high but no pinging what so ever under load...I'm going to call bbk performance and see whats up right after i make sure that tps has a smooth up and down voltage...

Ok so the tps is good...So i took the performance throttle body off and will see in a week or too if that was the problem...I also called bbk performance and they told me that they had no idea..So they said call where you got it from and get your money back...I than called performance center and they said that theres no way it could do that...So i guess i'm out 350 plus shipping if my old one works better...

put the timing back to stock, 10 degrees, and watch to see if a lot of problems go away.

do one change then record results, then do another change, etc.

doing a bunch of things at once then you never know what was wrong or what fixed it.
