dose any 1 know where i can find info on rebulding a 2.9 or mabe just add power to mine i have a 90 ranger 4x4 and i dont want to change my motor

There is little you can do to add extra power. The best choices are turbochargers. Better exhausts will help, but only add a modest amount of power, nothing much. A motor swap is more cost effective. If you don't want to go that route, you will just have to live with the 2.9L , because aside from tuning, there is little that can be done to increase the power substantially without spending a lot of money.
We'll you could do the old school stuff, like port and polish the heads, raise the compression, they make an aftermarket cam for it, and jba makes headers. It maybe cheaper to transplant a 4.0 in there.
