What is it called?

I was curious to see if any of you guys know the correct name for the Access Cover/Plate that mounts on the drivers side of the block on a 300 inline 6. It has 6 bolts in it I think but it is almost the whole length of the block. If any of you know or need a better description, let me know.

Lifter Cover, also Pushrod Cover, depending on the catalog.
