Leaking Radiator
A propane torch if you don't have one. Clean the spot with sandpaper and you
can take your dremel and just make like a v into the crack so it is widen on the
outer skin but the same on the deep/inner part. Heat the rad up in that spot
it has to be pretty hot almost the same temp. as what takes to melt the rod,
Then apply the rod and flame and lay down your bead and it should seal it right up.
Hose out the radiator real good of course it has to be empty to do this and wash
it out so you don't breathe in burning glycol!! A bit of practice on a piece of stock
cut a groove with a hacksaw then do the groove to open the crack up and then
braze it just like you would on the radiator. It doesn't have to be pretty it just has
to have a good bond and to get a good bond the base metal has to be hot enough
to grab the brazing material.
