There are two screws below the door handle. Remove those, then remove the cover piece behind the handle. The rest of the panel is held on with about 8-12 push pins. If you have a pin tool to pry the panel out, that is the easiest. If not, use a flathead and start at the bottom of the door panel and find one of the pins. Then use another flathead to get on the other side of the pin and pull it out. Once you have one loose, you can get your hand in there to work your way around the rest of the panel pulling the pins loose.
You want to try and save the pins, but if you bend or break one, don't get too worried. A bag of 10 or so costs like $3.00 from Ford...
