Heat shield repair

hi guys...
i have a crack in what i believe is a heat shield above my muffler in my 95 f250... it rattles alot when im driving and is driving me crazy... any ideas how to fix that without welding or replacing anything?

you MIGHT be able to go to a hardware store and get a monster hose clamp..plumbers supply houses have them up to 25" in stainless marine grade.

napa also has those real large clamps.
