In Laymens Terms, Can I Check Each Glo-plug With A Meter & What Should I Read On Meter? Thanks

Yes, use a DMM, set on Ohms. Pull the connector that is in the center of the valve cover gasket, the wide plug. Ground to the alternator mounting bolts, and use the positive pin to measure each of the outer two pins on each side, on each plug. The pins are for the corresponding cylinders, all in a line. A 0 reading is an open circuit, or non functioning plug. you want .1 to 4 ohms on a good plug, and over that its getting weak enough where it's not really contributing like it should, replace it.
