64 F250 Wiper Alignment
64 F250 has wiper issue. When the drivers side is at 12:00 the passenger is at 2:00. This started when I found the passenger side link was off under the dash. Just started work on this truck so I don't know how long it has been disconnected. When I reconnected the link I found this alignment issue described above. My thought was to remove the entire wiper from the pivot (the one that goes through the cab). Is that the right solution? If it is what's the trick to getting the wiper off the spline shaft.

Problem solved. I got the wiper arm off with a little more force than I was using before. Once I had them both off, the motor and the pivots worked fine. I turned the wiper motor off when pivots were at the far right of the cycle and then reattached the wiper arms in same position. I know I'm kind of talking to myself here but thought I should close up the thread before replies come in.
