Oiling problems with new rebuilt motor

I rebuilt my 351 M 3 months ago. Today I'm going down the road and my oil preasure drops down to nothing than comes up just to the line right before the N in normal. than I start hearing a slight knock from the engine. I don't know what to do. Any suggestions would be greatly apreciated.

Hmm...a couple of things come to mind. I would check your oil pump and intermediate shaft. This is the shaft that runs from the bottom of your dis. to your oil pump. Make sure that both ends are fit snuggly in the holes. Also...did you clean out the oil return holes? I'm drawing a blank right this min but if I think of anything else I'll post it for ya'.
