i have a the 351 and wondering if you witch out the pulley with the bbk ones how much hp would add also. does anyone know how much extra hp is add by taking the ac pulley off. thinking maybe taking it off dont use it that much.

Save your money. You'll never feel a difference. As for the A/C pulley, Ford had a cut-off circuit on these starting back in the mid 80's somewhere. Soon as you nailed the gas, it cuts off the A/C compressor. My 89 Ranger had this, my 95 E150's 351 did as well. I know the Mustang's got it first, the other applications followed.
