Next time I see you I will take one.

How did everyone enjoy the weather today? I loved it, I tore down a whole ton of carraganas and started to open up a nice sized yard. I also found a metal pipe in the ground from an old oil tank or septic tank that needs to be dug out.

Tonight i had a hot dog roast for supper

last hot dog i had gave me a bad case of the runs... wasn't the most enjoyable time of my life!!

dunno...i'm suspecting the dog. all our mixes are fairly fresh... we use them on a regular basis.

Yeah me too man. Maybe if Im not working or driving to bc on the draggins weekend I will try to get a nice big fire pit going out here.

i like the big smokies... the ones that turned me was the little cheepie weiners... and who's to say it wasn't something else i guess... for now i'll blame the weinees...

We made some smokies with deer / pork this winter with jalapeno peppers and cheddar cheese. Oh yeah!

did you smoke them or are they to be cooked?? we make our own deer sausage too...really good stuff!!!

We smoked them in the smoke house but they still need cooking. We play around with different recipes for sausage and jerky. Its kind of nice to know exactly whats in the meat you are eating!
I was going to change the wording on that but what the heck........

i thought they have to be metal?? i know very little of smoking meat unless its forgotten on the barbeque!!
