Replacing the mounts aren't hard if you have a floor jack and wood blocks. Loosen all the cab and radiator support mounts but don't take the nuts off. Only pull the nut off the one you are working on. Remove the screws holding the lower steering column cab seal plate and remove the upper column mount hardware. You may have to disconnect the transmission and throttle linkage to keep from damaging them. Slowly raise the cab to take the wieght off and slide the mount out. Slide the new one in, insert the hardware, engage the nut on the threads and move to the next one. Do the steps in reverse order to put it back together again. In a few hours you'll be totally done.
Anyone seen toolboxes that mount on a stepside and replace the fenders?
They look like a utility body.
Thank You!
I'm not too sure I know what you're talking about, but if you are talking about the cargo box under the bed which was optional from the dealer, I've got one of those:
I have seen flareside beds that had the fenders removed and a set of toolboxes installed. They had three boxes on each side like a utility body. But I dont know who makes them.
