How about getting down there while having someone crank the wheel or is it only while moving? Either way, check the turnbuckle on the drag link as sometimes the bolts will rub, look for signs of it as it might only happen when suspension is loaded. Another area is the wheel bearings, jack 1 wheel up...put 1 hand on top & 1 at bottom of tire then push & pull at same time to check for any play.
