Recommendations for 99 expy at 100k
My 99 5.4l expy turned 100k recently. Besides changing the plugs, what other service do you guys absolutely recommend? Is it worth it to change the cops or just the cop boots/springs or just leave them alone? Fluids? Any words of wisdom is appreciated. I love this vehicle and would like to see her make it to 180 - 200k!

If you're not having ignition problems, leave the cops and boots alone. Definately flush the coolant system and refill with coolant/DISTILLED water. You should also change out the brake fluid, differential fluid, transfer case fluid, and transmission fluid.
