getting more air in engine

I know somewhere on here a guy had a picture of his homemade setup for a cold air intake. I know the 6.9 lack air, so I want to do what I can to get more air into the engine.

One word: Turbo!

A better ram air type setup will help but forced induction will get you that air no matter how fast the truck is moving.

There are a few of us who've done some unique things. I'm one. Here's a link to my gallery of photos of the dual ram air cold air intake that I did for my first IDI

Another one is KJLYPW. Here's a link to his gallery

And when you run ram air into a turbo, the results are a lot more fun.
