I was driving home today and when I got off the throttle the engine died instantly, no coughly ans chugging. It did it everytime that I rapidly released pressure on the the throttle. If I slowly released pressure on the throttle it would idle as normal.
It does not seem like a fuel pickup problem due to the rapid nature of the engine stopping, although it could be related. I say that because my fuel pickup lines need to be replaced and I know how it reacts when the fuel is low.
Could it be sensor related or IP? I am not sure. Any thoughts?
Thanks, I mixed two different types of Diesel Kleen with about 12 gallons and I cleared up in about 20 miles. I thought I was just going to have to put a bullet in her this time....lol
