The bed probably weighs around 150 to 175 pounds. You'll also need to disconnect the fuel filler hose at the fuel door by removing the three screws that hold it to the bed and take out the tail lights and unthread the tail light wires from the back of the bed where ever they pass through it. Two or three guys can easily lift it off and watch for things that may hang up as you lift it. You can make it a little less heavy by removing the tail gate as well.

With the tailgate off I can stand under my truck and lift the bed off on my back to a table sitting behind the truck. If I have a helper two guys can easily lift the bed off, its under 200lbs. The only pain in the butt is getting over the tires, well then mine has big tires and a lift, stock probably isn't bad. I can't remember that was too long ago.
